Right of Withdrawal Notice (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
Consumers in Liechtenstein have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) of 14 days. For customers in Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal – however, we voluntarily grant you a 14-day right of withdrawal. The following rules apply uniformly to both countries (where applicable):
Withdrawal period: You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (or, in Switzerland, to rescind it). For purchase contracts for goods, the period begins upon receipt of the goods; for service contracts, upon conclusion of the contract or upon the start of performance. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you send us your declaration of withdrawal. Timely dispatch of the notice is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Exercising the right of withdrawal: Declare your withdrawal to us within the period by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so. It is only important that your notice clearly indicates that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Effects of withdrawal: After your withdrawal, we will reimburse you without delay all payments – including delivery costs for standard delivery. This will be done no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice by us. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Return of goods: You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Costs of return shipment: The direct costs of returning the goods are generally borne by the consumer. We will assume these costs only if we have expressly agreed to do so or if you were not properly informed by us. (If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the cheapest standard delivery when ordering, we will reimburse these additional costs only if you did not expressly confirm this to us at the time of contract conclusion.)
Compensation for diminished value: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you have examined the goods only to the extent customary, or if we did not properly inform you, your liability for loss of value is excluded.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply without restriction. In particular, it lapses, for example, in the case of unsealed audio/video software, hygiene products, or after removal of the seal by the customer (where no right of withdrawal is provided for by law). For details, please refer to the law and to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Please note: The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this notice and/or upon receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, timely dispatch of this form or any other unambiguous statement within the period is sufficient. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium. You will receive the refunded amount (including delivery costs) no later than 14 days after our receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Note:
This withdrawal notice applies exclusively to the purchase of physical goods by consumers. No right of withdrawal or return is granted for orders placed by business customers (B2B). Please ensure that any goods you return are in flawless and complete condition. If you return the goods only in part or in a deteriorated condition, we reserve the right to claim the corresponding compensation for diminished value.
In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies, the German version shall prevail.
